Seven horses, one chariot
In Punjabi tradition seven horses pull a single chariot — seven separate strengths moving in one direction. It happens to be an accurate description of how a house actually gets built. Framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, trim, paint and cleanup are seven different crafts, and the finished job is only as good as the least careful one.
That is the problem we set out to solve. Most renovation horror stories are not about one bad tradesman. They are about seven of them pulling in seven directions with nobody holding the reins.
