How much will my project cost?
It depends on size, materials and how much is behind the walls. We walk the space first, then give you a written line-by-line number — including what we would charge if we find something unexpected, so that never becomes a mid-job surprise.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation and provide certificates before work starts.
Do you handle permits?
We pull them. Permit and inspection coordination is included in the written scope, with township fees itemized separately so you can see exactly what goes where.
How long does a kitchen or bath take?
A typical bathroom runs two to three weeks; a full kitchen three to six depending on cabinetry lead times. We give you a schedule in writing and tell you immediately if anything shifts.
Can I live in the house during the work?
For most single-room projects, yes. We contain dust, protect walkways and shut off only what needs shutting off. For whole-home gut renovations we will tell you honestly whether staying is realistic.
What warranty do I get?
A manufacturer warranty on materials plus our own workmanship warranty in writing, handed over at the final walkthrough.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on larger projects so you are not paying the full cost up front. Tell us your budget when we walk the space and we will lay out the options alongside the written estimate.
